didn't get time to settle into a new league or country, lost a bit of confidence, every shot we faced seemed to go in, and not many he could do about it, new system with players not suited to the system left him exposed ,but he is a very good back up gk imo

I’ve said it before, but whoever took over from Joe was on a hiding to nothing; it was just Claudio's bad luck that it was him.

He has been brilliant this pre-season, especially on Saturday and has justified his position as our No. 2 goalkeeper.
