Wife and I made the trek over for the Carabao Cup final this year. I will always be grateful to Claudio for that late save that gave us the opportunity to celebrate a cup win at Wembley! Bravo Bravo!
123 caps for his country and played for two of the biggest clubs in the world, Barcelona and Manchester City, not a good keeper indeed! Not a good goalkeeper but seems like a decent bloke.
I remember back in the day when the same thing happened when Howard Kendall bought Tony Coton to replace Dibble.TC got non stop abuse early doors, fu**ing embarassing, Dibble was garbage, TC was one of the best keepers we ever had, and that's some compliment with the keepers we have had between the sticks in our history.Good guy and good keeper. The cunts who sarcastically applauded him when he made a simple save in one game (can’t remember which one, although tbh there was more than one) are not my kind of “supporter”
Some people just can’t stop moaning at the team and individual players, just look in the match day threads. “Supporters” is a very misused wordI remember back in the day when the same thing happened when Howard Kendall bought Tony Coton to replace Dibble.TC got non stop abuse early doors, fu**ing embarassing, Dibble was garbage, TC was one of the best keepers we ever had, and that's some compliment with the keepers we have had between the sticks in our history.
Nothing wrong with constructive criticism , but when a player is humiliated by his own supporters , it's too much. Some people just can’t stop moaning at the team and individual players, just look in the match day threads. “Supporters” is a very misused word
Not talking about constructive criticism, too much of it is destructiveNothing wrong with constructive criticism , but when a player is humiliated by his own supporters , it's too much.
Richard Edghill springs to mind, the abuse that guy, a manc and a blue got was a disgrace.
Honestly, seems like a really nice person. Good luck to him wherever he goes.
Check out the matchday thread sometime.
