My mate was working for a decorating firm who were painting Platt Lane around that time

I always remember him telling me that Clive Allen and Howard Kendal were the only two that stopped to chat with them all the time

Helen Turner used to take us in the player's lounge at Maine Rd (late 80s early 90s). Hinchcliffe was a right twat.

Dont get me wrong I liked Reddo too, but seeing what Hendry did after he left us and seeing us with Kernaghan, Vonk and Symons, when it could have been him and Keith Curly Wurly annoys me to this day!
