Clive, Lyse Doucet, Orla Guerin, Mark Austen on ITV - The lot of them are the very best of their kind

The BBC (I don’t watch ITV at all really) annoyed the fuck out of me throughout the pandemic. Kuinsberg’s implications in her tone really irritated me, and the constant contrary narrative across all of its coverage, with bringing up the zcovid death numbers each day like they were the football scores did me swede in.

I also find BBC Breakfast unwatchable.

But I remember Clive being excellent when out in Australia for the bush fires a few years back. And Doucet - while not exactly having dulcet tones - is also a very good correspondent. Proper top pros those two!

Incredible work from Clive and his various media colleagues. I couldn't imagine having to volunteer myself for any such duties.
I caught this ( Beirut Commodore) earlier today and I'm guessing it'll probably be on a daily loop for a while.

I know what you mean but I stopped caring about that a while back. She is incredibly informative and always gives another "angle" in her reports compared to others.
She's a bloody great reporter

New Brunswick accent. One of those where you can pick out traces of both English and French.

French? F'ing French ffs. We didn't leave the EU to still have traces of a French accent on the telly.
