Well the first time I've seen three stars on that badge was your example and I've seen the 1894 one before, in fact it was the one recently discussed, so yes, I think you've either edited it or gone to a lot of trouble to ignore the relevant one and find one with stars.

and this one has been edited from the original one, there is noticeable pixel errors on the white and blue outer bands.

you get this errors by creating new fills on the selected areas that are edited. on the orginal, would get these ase you just change the layer. And on the white band, there is no 'material effect' which also omplies a fill layer has been added on top of the original.

@Ric following on from the chat about a vote the other week, I think it's now possible to create a shortlist. Not everyone will have their first choice included, but I've tried to select 5 that represent the views of the majority of posters on here.

We know it's going to be round, so I've included 5 round badges, 2 with eagles, 2 with three river shields, and one with a rose.

Everyone has their own ideas on trim and colour scheme, as reflected in Gav's post last week that had 30 different designs on. Perhaps everyone's first choice is not one of these options, but I hope there is enough variety that people can vote on the core design they like best, even if they would make alterations in a perfect world.

I think D is pretty good and offers a modern feel however I don't see the point of the MCFC on the shield. If the shield was expanded and those stars were replaced by 1894 then I think that would be an acceptable compromise to most.

I'm guessing you don't like the eagle Gav, seeing you're busy again you couldn't find the ugliest least seen shield (with stars if poss) design possible could ya and plaster it up...pretty please.

I spent time this afternoon re sizing all of those badges to get them all to look the same size so there could be no claims of bias.

Just because you prefer the date to the stars does not make it some kind of sabotage. Not on.
