What's city's affinity with Lancashire again?
What's city's affinity with Lancashire again?
There was no consultation to change the first badge to add a red rose and discard the rivers The reason the Eddie Phillips badge was discarded was to do with copyright issues There was no internet or forums in those days so it would have been more difficult to consult This consultation process has result in a camel of a badge instead of a horse. Placing that ugly red rose on the strips is plain naff Clearly designed by a novice with 5 shades of blue I'm totally ashamed of this monstrosity bring the symbol of the club I love
I love how people equate something that isnt to their tastes as amateurish or childlike.
It doesnt hurt to just say I don't like it you know.
Surely that indicates both that they don't like it and their own reason why.I love how people equate something that isnt to their tastes as amateurish or childlike.

No it suggests that they need to use hyperbole to put across their point of view.Surely that indicates both that they don't like it and their own reason why.
What bastards..
God forbid people express their own opinion on something. No it suggests that they need to use hyperbole to put across their point of view.
Not bastards, but generally not worth listening to.
God forbid people express their own opinion on something.
However, in saying that, branding calling the badge "childish/amatuerish" as hyperbole is arguably a worse case of hyperbole.
It's a good job you don't think they're worth listening to either as up on that high horse of yours you probably can't anyway.
Don't then, ignore it altogether.Never said people can't have an opinion.
Some have said that they don't like the shield overapping, or the white space, or the lack of FC/Football Club.
All worthy of discussion.
Others have gone down the "designed by a 5 year old", "amateurish" path. Not so much point in discussing with them.
