I always liked the red rose, historically Manchester was always the "centre" for Lancashire and the whole industrial history of the area. Besides I was always a Lancashire CCC fan as well and that was always greater Manchester based .

The content is fine it's the layout and the shield not looking right that i don't like

It really does. It looks a little "modern logo" up close, but man, when you put it on a kit, it looks very nice indeed. It looks very "old school" at a quick glance, but up close looks posished. It reminds me a lot of the PSG remake.

It is better than the eagle in my opinion. Nobody is going to get their ideal badge. I'd just like to thank the club for at least trying. Move on to footballing matters I say.

Yep, I still don't like the shield but at least it's not disproportionate to the inner circle. If you're going to make the badge circular do not include a shield that overlaps said imagery and steals focus.
