Who else could have played there? Not Savio because pep doesn't seem to trust him (despite Savio playing well recently on the few occasions he has started) I have a strange feeling that Savio will not start against Arsenal either. :(

Brugge were undefeated in their last 20 league games. In that time City have lost ten games (using TNT stats). Last night was an excellent victory for a City team struggling for form and could be a season defining victory. So many here trying to play down the opposition / result.

Thought we should have had a penalty early on when Gudongen was pushed from behind and ankle tapped. Defenders wrapping arms around Harland on corners and free kicks nothing new here with shit referring.

UEFA refers to new signings being able to play in the “Knockout Phase,” and the 9-24 games start a few days after the new squad registration period ends.

Too many so called City fans are not giving us and Pep more deserved encouragement with their over the top negativity.
Look at our depleted squad and who else could Pep have started, possibly Jack for Gundo. But at least Pep recognised his first half display was inept and took the necessary steps in replacing Gundo with the wonderful display from Savi.
Remember this Belgium team were unbeaten in any 20 games and after that second half display we thoroughly deserved to go through.
