Club Shop

Dont they legally have to sell it you at price its advertised? In your case 44 quid
It is basic contract law, they would say they are inviting you to make an offer "invitation to treat", having made the offer it was not accepted so no contract.

Anything I get these days I get via @thegingerwig

My last visit to the Official shop ended in me telling the manager/supervisor he was a fucking prick about 3 seasons ago.

The month before I'd bought a couple of items (shirts) that I posted myself abroad and while there picked up a key ring which caught my eye so I'd spent well over £100.

On the key rings second day of use it snapped in 2 between the split ring and the body....was only a couple of quid but would they change it without a receipt....would they fuck.

Yes, last week. They sent the wrong socks for one of them though.
I got my two shirts, with Greenwood and Weir printing and WSL badges, for my daughter about two weeks ago.

Neither the shop nor the Club itself deigned to reply to the two or three emails I sent. How long would it take to simply say "Thank you. We'll look into the situation? "

I wish they'd bring back the unofficial city shop that used to be near the junction of Claremont Road and Upper Lloyd street. They sold some great t shirts, at a decent price. The current city shop is a joke.

No. When you take it to the till, in law you are making an offer to buy at the advertised price. It's up to the vendor to decide whether to accept that offer.
Which on this occasion being a kids shirt etc you would think they would have. Never mind

Last time I was in the club shop before a match, there was a rack full of Everton gloves on display. Astonishing.

Anyway, Ive ordered about 65 quid of stuff for my lad for christmas since the begining of November and still nothing. No emails, phone cuts off, by now I just want a refund. Absolute shite.

Get your bank to refund you the money if you used a debit or credit card. Tell them you ordered goods, they never arrived, they haven't informed you of progress and they're not responding to contact attempts.

that will of been in blue bin and long gone to tip

Did anyone else get an email yesterday about an old/fulfilled order? Mine was from October and said order on the way.

Noticed a lot of people wearing Paris gear around the streets or in football cages recently. Not because they’re Paris fanboys or even Messi fanboys, but because their training gear is proper cool.

City’s is like cheap tat compared to their Air Jordan training gear.

Puma need to up their game!

When you go to the City Shop at the ground now, is there anywhere to park for people with a walking stick but whose Blue Badge, although granted, hasn't arrived yet?
I can't walk up Joe Mercer Way and wondered if there was anywhere closer and on the flat!!??

My son is over from Canada for a few days for his father's (my ex-husband) funeral and he has a shirt he wants to return/exchange.
Thank you. (it's really exciting, although of course sad, to see him for the first time in nearly 5 years. FaceTime/Zoom calls are not the same.)
