Just put up on the OS. Will probably be a few more topics popping up so merge away! Looks like we've spotted our opportunity and are going for it.

The Club has been conducting an investigation into the events of 27 September at the Allianz Arena. The Club has now reached a stage in its investigation where it has concluded that there is a case for Carlos Tevez to answer of alleged breaches of contract.
Accordingly, the Club has informed him that he will face disciplinary proceedings and the hearing will be convened shortly.
Carlos will be required to report to Roberto Mancini for training on Thursday

The club are playing a blinder. Making his bow to Mancini before he's banned and and sent on his way.

I just want this to be over now.

I'm seriously worried that it will upset the team moral if it goes on too long.

Keep him or sack him off, I don't care, just get it over with!
