Club World Cup - Summer 2025

I am guessing they sent it to me as the person sending it runs the corporate side - 2 seasons ago I booked a table for 8 in the Legends Lounge for my 60th. They’ve most likely emailed everyone who has done similar from the US and of course not assuming everyone here is a god fearing Christian, and not wanting to cause offence, threw in the catch all happy holidays phrase so beloved over here.

No point trying not to offend people with holidays/Christmas. Those prices are about as offensive as they come !

Is a bit steep but you would think they would put a bus on the the venue.

On a serious note - the pricing for this tournament has hit me worse than our form. Just got to hope the reserved City seats are priced reasonably - but am not optimistic.

I hope none of the first team players are going or our next season is ducked before it starts. No one gives a dime about this tourno anyway

And all blues who travel will have a good time anyway even if it’s our U16s out there
With £100 million for winners it'll be first team alright even if U16s might not be a better shout just now :-)

Too much money involved, and because of that this tournament will be in such demand to be part of in the next few seasons.

The extra income from it can be the difference between signing another £100m footballer/s or not.

The board will no doubt be giving strict orders to Pep to play the first team.

FIFA have already said clubs will be sanctioned for sending weakened squads but no idea how they intend to police this??

We’ll be getting fined if we send the current first 11 [emoji15]

We need to win it if we miss CL, for the dosh.

U21 Tournament on in Slovakia at the same time so most clubs will be missing younger players I suspect.

1000 quid for a full kit and a buffet and to watch game, makes our prices look cheap

Just a quick look and it seems you take the regional train to BWI Marshall Airport & then a ‘Van’ (think a small mini bus) operated by BayRunner (you can Google them)
