The latest new builds on Yew Tree Lane, Dukinfield, Cheshire are going for over half a million quid, it’s peaceful and quiet up there just past the Royal Dukinfield Golf Club. It does have poor areas like a lot of places but doesn’t deserve the denigration on here.

It's a smog ridden hell hole left in the 19th century by the Salvation Army as even they couldn't save it.

It's actually a small red brick Cheshire village nestling in the foothills of the Pennines called Dukinfield
