Cold Callers - New Legislation

i got a call from an Indian sounding chap ,he said his name was kevin ,i asked him for his real name and he told me to fuck off,haha fair play to the lad

i do get pissed of with the cold calling ,its usually the same few company's , I keep telling them to take me off their lists but it never works,

what really gets on my tits is the cold calls to my mobile ,i must put 4 numbers a day on the reject list,

now when they say is that sirpeace frog i say no ,wrong name ,or tell them im not the home owner,i did this on the last call yesterday and it didn't put them off ,i ended up answering loads of questions about who owns the house was it private or council, was i in this age bracket or that age bracket which i kept on lying about ,in the end i put the phone down,but felt i had lost that one .

I can't see why people are so bothered by cold callers.

Caller display came in years ago making it easy to avoid answering calls from numbers I don't recognise.

Some people are so excited when their phone rings they just can't help but answer. That's their own fault.

If I call anyone from work then the number is withheld automatically. It's just what we have in place.

If you receive a cold call about PPI or money just tell them your bankrupt, anything else just say your under 16.

No need to abuse people, when I worked in a call centre whilst studying any idiot giving me abuse would end up with 20 more calls the next day thanks to google. Funnily enough I never receive cold calls on my personal mobile, there's probably a reason if you do.
