i'm in m20 and have had no problems with the supply, frozen pipes in the house caused big probs though, 3 pipes froze and burst, ceiling in utility totally fucked and went a night with no heating

I'm in a similar boat, my washer's out in the old brick out-building. Frozen solid, the outside bog's frozen up too. That's my job tomorrow. A million kettles and hypothermia. Happy days.

If anyone has the same problem, the solution hit me almost a week later. Put the overflow pipe into your kitchen sink. Waaaaallah!
