Cole Palmer

He wasn't class at all. Went apeshit when their penalty appeal was correctly turned down. We did handle him well enough (and most of Chelsea's attacks) and most of their chances were down us being leggy from the Real Madrid game.

Why act like a rag(even if he is)? The lad left to join another big club and get games. It wasn’t happening for him at City. He’s done brilliantly and is incredibly joint top scorer in the league with Haaland. It was a good move for him, fair play to him.

He was pure class today by the way.

Yeah he was. Good luck to him wont be the first or last to leave citing lack of opportunities. In some ways it can be argued, by some, its the price you pay when competing in all competitions and fine margins decide a season, but you cannot criticise players who then want to move on for game time.

Can we bury this thread in the shit bin?

or is it time to make up reasons why he should be playing for city?

He still would not start regularly for us. Those players of ours left everything on the pitch again, he wanted to leave for 2 seasons. Mentality.

It's not his fault that he is being hyped to fuck by our pathetic media, and even though it's Chelsea with all of their faults and issues, he's still done very well during the season.

I personally think he would have been better staying at City, but he made his decision and he probably believes that he was right.
