He's academy grown, local talent mate. That's why it stings.

It wasn't long ago that this club had the very specific aim of having half the first team come from the academy. I know that was probably a stretch goal, but how are we ever going to get there when pissing away talents like this?

One of my only frustrations with Pep - if we sign a player they go straight into the team (Doku and Savio) but academy players still have to spend years getting minutes here and there whilst playing out of position (Palmer, Bobb and Foden for the first few seasons)
