Excluding footballers then the likes of Terry Christian, reality TV morons such as Joey 'one brain cell' Essex, Gemma 'ugly, lazy, lying, talentless, Collins, Zoe Ball, Eamonn Holmes, Jimmy Carr, Jeremy Corbyn, anyone who uses their kids to promote themselves - step forward the Beckhams - feral scrotes who go around committing crime rather than get a job, drug dealers, peadophiles, rapists - the list has more to add but that will do for starters
 
Dawdlers - crawl out of side-roads in their school-run soft roaders causing you to brake, then proceed along the road at 12mph, take the next turn off it (without bothering their hole to indicate) and cause you to slow down even further. Death via GPMG is the only solution.

I'll add the 40 milers to this. The ones who do 40mph on a wide road with a national speed limit, then carry on doing 40mph through a town or village.
