Just getting used to not seeing both Gundo and Mahrez in the match day squad. Whether they started or were a sub their presence added a certain gravitas. The squad feels slightly light, but that's just my readjustment that's needed to the changing team. New and existing players will grow into the gaps that are now available.

I gave it a miss today but my mates went and they’re saying you can tell it’s not our normal fan base there.

I think he’s a better player than Chelsea allowed him to be.

Of course that can be the case, but I am only going off the normal circumstance of rewarding form, which Pep generally does.

And, I would wager that for each of those counter examples, there are five examples in the opposite direction (otherwise performances and form would mean nothing in football).

At any rate, it wasn’t a complaint, just an observation (and praise for Bobb as a prospect).
