Multi-tasking is not a feature of our Ticket office, they've probably only just finished sending out S/cards and membership cards so now they've started on the CS tickets.

Not sure we can lay this one at the door of City's ticket office on this occasion - aren't See Tickets in Nottingham handling the distribution of CS tickets like last year?

Yep. Main ticket office aren't dealing with it at all.

Mine were £25 and they are in the top tier behind the goal (opposite end to the Holt End)

Bought mine Wed 25th July still not arrived hmmmm wasn't too worried till i read this thread :/

Just phoned the Ticket office and Tickets were sent out on the same Day.
Got to now pick them up Ticket Office at Villa Park on Sunday.

Earlier start than we originally planned I'm afraid.
Our tickets will probably turn up in a Posties bedroom in 6 months time

Your tickets will have been posted out Royal Mail First Class, if you haven't received them by Friday this week then please get back in touch with us and we will be able to arranged duplicated tickets for you to collect from Villa Park on Sunday.
