Complaint to the FA Premier League re the Berbatov saga

You ever read the Timewasters Letters? Anyway, keep it up. I doubt you'll get anywhere but it's entertaining.

You think so?

I think people like MB are the ones that DO get things looked at and changed.

Better than doing nothing surely?

They've been fobbing him off for long enough, it's clear they don't give a toss. I respect him for going to so much effort in the name of truth and justice but I think it's time he either got proper legal advice and took the Premier League to court (expensive) or gave up. Sounds like it's going round in circles.

Some good points there, but I think MB has already shown a plan of action and I, for one, think he knows how to step it up a gear if needs be.

(Fingers crossed).

They? As I've only written one substantive letter to the FA I can only presume you're referring to the Premier League. That part of the process is over, hence switching my sights to the FA and attempting to get the press interested.

What would be useful is if one of the many other leagues who were affiliated to the FA were to complain to the FA about the way the Premier League were able to sidestep at will what is a common rule across the English game. I recall many moons ago (it might have been on a different board) that someone who was a secretary of a lower league club had talked about writing to the FA on such lines; please PM me if that was you.

Definitely don't let it lie. You have done an outstanding job. It amazed me at the time how papers were reporting the scum should get a transfer ban and penalty. Then it was like a gag was placed on everything.

Even my missus who was getting increasingly angry that I was watching sky Sports news all day and night on september the first flew into a rage about bacon face. She hates football I might add, but even she could see how corrupt the situation was.

Monty's becoming a bit of a hero of mine. Power to the People, my man! Rage against the Machine! They don't like it up 'em!

Keep it up and keep us posted.

There's a pop-up within the FA website that basically states they are unable to enter into continuing dialogue because of the volume of e-mail's they receive. If they gave proper answers in the first place they could cut that figure by 50% at least!
