18 months ago we were stuck on the rollercoaster ride and now we have the oppertunity to win some things. Moneys been in football for years, you have just never noticed it.

I was really disillusioned a couple of years ago.
After the club had supported him through all his issues, Barton handed in a transfer request at the end of January.
My total opinion of footballers changed that day. Very, very few have any loyalty.
I came extremely close to not renewing my season ticket that year. I did, but as I said I was totally disillusioned with players and the fact of how difficult it would be to break the cartel of the Sky four.
A bit later that year Barton gave an exclusive interview to Bluemoon and some on here were all over him. I really couldn't believe the easy ride people on here gave him. The only difficult question he was asked was about his "buy out clause" in his contract and he refused to answer, which said it all.

Sorry but this is a huge fail of a post. If you don't like it, and would rather be playing the likes of YOrk and Wrexham, with a team that was only just good enough to get out of the old third division, then I don't know what anyone can do to help you.

If we can get better players, maybe even win something along the way, and still stay grounded, not becoming arrogant, smug, self righteous tits like the rags then hoe the Feck is that a bad thing?

As for it all being predictable - this is CITY - you kind of learn to expect the unexpected. Even with all the money in the world, we will still manage to go about things in the most difficult manner from time to time (but hopefully losing the typical city element!).

Football is not being destroyed by us, we are sharing the money around, and still bringing on young players, and (on the whole) still looking out for the fans.

I know you say you are young, so I hope you are a) naive b) having a laugh, or 3) just trying to ape the QPR fans rant that was all over the internet this week.

If you are serious, then I agree, you should give up. We don't need you.

That's not exciting! It's predictable as hell. We spend stupid money on stupid, overpaid players to get into a silly competition to get even more silly money and more silly money as a reward for winning it. Football is being destroyed by clubs like us and I hate that. I feel like giving up and starting over such is my resentment towards the Premier League.

I'm with you, I much preferred it when we were skint, shit, not scoring. Why on gods green earth would I want us to finish in the top 4, CL football, Barca/Inter/AC coming to COMS, the worlds footballing best playing on our pitch. I'm fucking disgusted, I'm going watching Accy Stanley.........

Don't be too harsh on him. I can see where he is coming from, although a little mis-guided. Just remember he hasn't witnessed the 1-0 at Halifax or wasted a days pay to watch em lose at Lincoln on a wednesday.
