My mum always told me not to go near the main road.

The thing about City is they possess the most loyal fans in the world. They laugh and sing and joke and carry inflatable bananas when things are going badly and they do exactly the same when things are going well.

I personally don't think it should be about a player or the lyrics of a song we sing at the ground (maybe a song from a Mancunian Band I personally like the MCFC totally wired one).

I think we should have one that reflects the clubs ethos and/or Mancunian Culture. Players come and players go but the club remain. Also I don't think we should have any United related ones (not direct ones anyway), or anything to do with Sheiks Abu Dabi or any of that we were around long before them and will be around long after them.

Don't people think that having something about the 1.9.2008 is like saying we didn't exist or weren't important before and would be doing our history a disservice.

I repeat I think it should be club ethos/culture not individuals.

To the OP do you know how many they are looking to get knocked up? I reckon that it would be top if they could get 5 or 6 made up. The ones I have liked so far are This is our City, Pride In Battle,

Anyway one more to throw into the hat
