Not far from me! Myself and Eaststandlower are in 110.

My first season of going to the matches...my first City game was City-Stoke 3-nil and the first game on my half season ticket was City-Hull 5-1 get in (but I'm no good luck charm as I was in the North Stand for the FA Cup debacle).
I never went to Maine Road so can't compare the two but the atmosphere tends to vary from game to game, it was excellent for Wigan but not so for Newcastle. There's always lots of singing in our stand and banter with the away fans so I think for your first time not a bad choice!

Although the Stoke away game was a confidence knocker, I think we're gonna hammer Boro.

Yeah I really can't wait...

I went to Maine Road a few times, the last time was when Joe Royle was manager and friends of mine were friends of his so we got to go in his 'office' afterwards...

Interestingly though, and maybe you'll hate me for this, I don't think we've won when I've been... hopefully we will this saturday though, need those points!

If you want a tip - check out the entrance you're going to before the match -I go regularly but usually to different seats and always get lost :)
