I'd personally like to see Hughes go, but if he's staying (and it sounds like he is), I'll fully support him and the team, just as I have throughout this season. I honestly think it's a mistake, but if that's what the owners want, that's what the owners get.

This guy talks some sense, anybody else feel that the job was made harder for Hughes by people getting on his back so early? Imagine you've just got a new job and you're really excited about it. And then all the other people that work there are saying he's going to get sacked soon and even people outside your workplace are saying it, that cannot help the situation can it.
Now we all know that Sparky is gonna be our manager next season so end this daft shit about him, don't do any protest(and make us look like an ungrateful bunch of twats) and just get behind the team for fuck sake.

This will hopefully be the end of the Hughes in/out threads, he's staying fact!! get over it and get behind the team and manager. next season should be when he is judged, if he's not got us in a decenet position by jan i think he will be gone, so all the Hughes outers, turn it in it's boring.

After the weekend I climbed off the fence and wanted Hughes out but if it has now been confirmed that he stays then we as fans should trust ADUGs judgement and back Hughes like they are doing! In a way I am glad that Khaldoon has said this as I cant be doing with yet another Summer of manager speculation, there is no reason why we now cant just enjoy the next few months and look forward to a number of new additions to the squad!

Hughes, you now have my backing again.......do not let us all down!

Our owner sounds very level headed and someone who knows how to run a football club. I wanted hughes to go but this summer if he can get out the players he doesnt get on with and the ones he thinks are trouble makers, and add to that some high profile signings of his own, next season SHOULD be impressive.

Another bad start to a week, but as usual I will get over it. I will place my faith in the decision of the owners but Hughes has now got to step up and get the team to perform week in week out and stop making excuses for failure. Lets hope that the summer targets do not consist of defensive midfielders or injury prone forwards. Still it's going to be an interesting summer reading the tabloids with who we are supposedly buying.
