The tube rides were great banter too and apart from a few minor skirmishes i thought both sets of fans were a credit to their clubs.

We stayed over last night and a great night out bumping into other stoke and man city fans everywhere without a hint of trouble.

So all in all a top day all round. See you tuesday but don't rub it in too much eh!!! ;-)

it should be like at a final. not like the scum in the semil
 
Nice post Shafter, it was an incredible day and all the Stoke fans I encountered were a fantastic bunch. Like you say, friendly rivalry and everyone wishing each other all the best. I know it must be gutting to lose in the final, but you have European football to look forward to next year as well as the heaviest Semi Final win in 70 years or something!

Excellent post Shafter. Thought the Stokie fans were a real credit to the club and City. Good luck next year in the Prem and Europa. You need to get at least another half a team though to take on that competition (too many games). Enjoy your European Tour you've all earned it. We'll watch out for you cores and hope you do really well. Enjoy the night in Manchester on Tuesday but hope we win. See you next season at the Britannia.
