In that scenario the only person he has impacted is himself. The vaccine does not stop you getting or spreading the virus it just reduces its ability to make you seriously ill. If vaccinated he would still have passed it on to everybody exactly the same as he has now but he would have recovered quicker.

He also impacted the doctor's and nurses who had to care for him in hospital. Also his family will have to look after him when he comes home. They could be pissed off with him. His serious illness was preventable.

Sounds legit. If the Clintons wanted someone dead, there could be no better plan than to get Alec Baldwin to "accidently" shoot them on a film set. It's a foolproof hit if ever I've seen one.
