Try this if you're using Chrome....

Clear cache & cookies - Computer - Google Account Help

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. In Chrome

It seems to have done the trick for me.

Yeah, I'm still getting it on every page reload even after clearing cache, etc. On Chrome.

I'm hitting agree, yeah. It comes back on every page reload. Using Chrome browser on Windows 10.

I tried agree and not agree but it was the same,it has stopped now without me having to do anything

I've tried both agreeing & disagreeing with all options on both mobile & desktop versions, on Chrome, with S9+.

Also my phone keeps locking up on this site but no others & my PC just tells me to avoid it.

Might’ve been easier to ask who isn’t having any problems!

Think I might’ve worked out something that was causing an issue. Not sure if it will fix it for everyone, but if you’re still having issues, please can you try clearing your cache and then clicking “Accept” when the pop-up first appears.
