I cleared the the history, cache, etc., but it is still there. I am using Chrome on my Dell laptop.

I'm getting it on Microsoft Edge. Even after clearing cache its still there. Changed over to Chrome and its happening on there as well
When you clear your cache, on whatever device, are you changing the time range as per this post, or whatever the equivalent is on your browser?
Fixed it. Totally my fault. Everyone on Chrome make sure you're selecting "all time" in the time range dropdown below. The default is last 24 hours. Thanks @Ric!

This is still a problem for me as well so would welcome any advice.Keep getting the agree privacy screen popping up on every page I go into. Anyway of stopping it? @Ric

When you say clear cache, is that chrome's cache? I'm on a honor 10 mobile.What devices are you both on? Please could you try clearing your cache (and making sure you select "All time" in the time range). Give me a shout if you're not sure how to do it.

Cleared my cache on Samsung s6 for Samsung internet and chrome, still getting it. Cleared history as well.
Still there just lost some important bookmarks magic.
