I cleared the the history, cache, etc., but it is still there. I am using Chrome on my Dell laptop.
Fixed it. Totally my fault. Everyone on Chrome make sure you're selecting "all time" in the time range dropdown below. The default is last 24 hours. Thanks @Ric!

Yes, mine was set to "all time." Thanks for all your hard work and good luck with this challenge. When you clear your cache, on whatever device, are you changing the time range as per this post, or whatever the equivalent is on your browser?
Nice one mate, glad it's sorted now.Seems to have gone now and I didn't do anything
This is still a problem for me as well so would welcome any advice.Keep getting the agree privacy screen popping up on every page I go into. Anyway of stopping it? @Ric
When you say clear cache, is that chrome's cache? I'm on a honor 10 mobile. What devices are you both on? Please could you try clearing your cache (and making sure you select "All time" in the time range). Give me a shout if you're not sure how to do it.
Yeah, if you go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data then that should fix it (make sure time range is set to "all time").When you say clear cache, is that chrome's cache? I'm on a honor 10 mobile.
