but really...didnt we all know BEFORE KO it would be '1-0 to the Arse'..Always a percentage point between us and the top top (3?) This manager just doesnt have a clue...But he get out what you put in.And City dont seem bothered at the minute about the wimmin.

Our central midfield is just too soft, you wouldn't see Stanway or Walsh pull out of 50/50s
Please have someone else play CM to allow Hasegawa to go upfield, *please*.
I don't know if you guys saw my review of Ruby Mace playing in the mid before she went out on loan?
I saw her potential for reading the play and not shirking the tackle. She grew into the position and was box to box... and then they fucked her off!
It truly pissed me off cos I said Hasegawa needed a minder as well!
Mace was perfect for it, since she couldn't get into the back line!
Such a DUMB decision from the management!

Yes thought we played ok and were a bit unlucky.
No one was outstanding - Castellenos poor again , not much came off for Hemp despite her efforts and not exactly sure what the fuss is about Hasegawa? She sort of fetches and carries a bit but a poor substitute for any of the 3 who left
Cos she's a playmaker that needs a Rodri-like minder to allow her to play!
Some of us see it, not everyone does!

Castellenos and Hasegawa are the proverbial chocolate tea pots in midfield for me. If I could telepathically brainwash Gareth Taylor, I would convince him to give Raso and Blakstad a go in central midfield. Both of them carry a greater goal threat and they would give us some much needed pace and energy.
She'd be another player as the most advanced central midfielder, she's doing a job at the moment but it's clearly not her strong suit. In a different world we keep Walsh/replace her properly, and Hasegawa's doing the job Castellanos is trying to do.Cos she's a playmaker that needs a Rodri-like minder to allow her to play!

Hasegawa is quality, just better off a bit further forward. Castellanos I think also previously played further forward. Both are adapting. They may manage it they may not. Don't think much of Castellanos there yet tbh.
Raso in centre mid though? Seen nothing in her play to suggest that would be a good idea. Think it'd be akin to sticking David White in centre mid. A bit too headless probably. Blakstad... maybe.
