Assuming we don't sort contracts then we may be looking at 5 signings next summer just to replace these.

The problem with Lescott is that he'll be 32 at the start of next season and in those cases the club seem reluctant to offer anything other than a 12 month deal on lower wages.
Richards, Milner and Kolarov should be kept if they're happy to stay. Sell Dzeko - undecided about Nasri, I still need convincing that he will show consistently good enough form over a season.

Give Lescott and Milner a new contract . I want us to get some decent money for are hit and miss Bosnian Dzeko . No way should this lad go on a free transfer not for the money we paid for him .

Kolorov will go the rest will get new contracts but more performance based I would imagine.

We have to be careful of just selling off our English talented we are already low, we don't want zaha's who we pay high fees for just not to be an immediate impact. Who are top English talent that can fit in our team right now to replace our Top RB, rotational CB and heart on the wings/midfield?

FTR this is what I think will happen, not what I want to happen.
Lescott is 100% gone at the end of the season IMO. Probably only kept for this season because the Pepe deal didn't happen.
Richards they want to give a new deal to, Khaldoon said so in his end of year interview. I think Micah is stalling that one, probably to see if he gets enough first team football. If pellegrini rotates him with Zaba he'll sign. Bayern game implied he'll do that. I reckon Micah will sign a big extension in January, if he gets played.
Milner I think will get a new deal, but possibly on a pay cut, Good and important player for us, but he is on a big, pre-Soriano wage and I can see them having a problem with that. This one could go either way, but if he doesn't get a new deal he'll be sold next summer.
I think Kolarov will be sold in the summer unless he has an absolute blinder of a season. He is playing better but I don't see him getting a new contract tbh.
Dzeko - My feeling is he will be sold. Probably at a decent sized loss. The smart thing would perhaps have been to sell him this summer, but Pellegrini wanted to give him the chance and that's fair enough. Not convinced he's going to do better than the last couple of years here tho, and he'll go for 12-15 million as its his last year.
Nasri - I think Nasri is playing for his new deal this season. So far there's evidence he might just get it. But again, he's on a big wage and to justify that wage he has to be one of our most important players. Signs he could do that this season. But I think this all depends on samir.
