I have a bit more hope than you but I will say the pollies are very sly but in fairness all of them will be out of office and lapping up the big homes by the seaside like Obama hitting the CO2 express button like no tomorrow or extinct by 2050.

Bring on COP 27 to be hosted in the Maldives.
 
We didn’t learn very much from this and the idiotic activists will be back blocking people getting to work come Monday. They dare not risk flying to protest in china or India as they know they’d have their hands chopped off

they have allowed Australia to compete in recent years maybe China and India and Brazil will get a guernsey this time.
 
What an absolute pointless couple of days.

In the end the small measures agreed are outwieghed by the capitulation to India, china and south africa on fossil fuels at the end.

Surely a climate change activist is the last person wishing to fly for 12hrs causing untold harm to the planet.

Also chopping hands an feet off? Not sure either country has form for that, at least when stereotyping a nation get their human rights abuse methods correct :-)

So China and India make COP26 meaningless.
Best to spend our money on barrages to protect our coastal cities and water sinks to store the rainfall from storm events rather than blow a huge pile of cash on incredibly expensive UK measures that do the best part of sweet FA in the big scheme of things.
 
Yep waste of time when india and china swoop in with a big fuck you at the end and the rest of the world loses out to those fuckers , meanwhile we here at home will be forced into spending money we dont have on heating and electric cars , a massive individual debt crisis is coming
 
When the superpowers of India and China team up to fuck it up we know we're all fucked.

We deserve going the way of the dinosaurs. The earth would be better off without us.
