Copa America 2016 (Final: Argentina vs Chile - 27/06/16 @01:00 - pg32)

@NanaToure42 i saw Argentina when they played Bolivia in a friendly here in Houston last summer. Aguero played most of the game and had two goals and two assists. Messi came on at the 60 minute mark and scored with his first touch. It was an amazing game; what Argentina does with the ball is sublime and it was great to be able to see it in person.

In my opinion it would be fantastic if the USA and Mexico could play in a supertournament with the Sourh American teams every year. I think it would be highly entertaining.

And goal USA!!

so is aguero a starter?

Higuian has started both matches so far, and Aguero has come off the bench. So technically no, Gaitan has started on the right over Messi in the starting XI for both matches also so I'm assuming Argentina's coach (can't recall his name at the moment) may be saving his best XI for the later rounds.

I'm predicting Argentina defeat Columbia 2-0 in the final

I totally agree on everything you said! Dempsey is a God.

Just looked it up and looks like Columbia v Costa Rica, Mexico v Venezula (for the group B winner), and the Semi-finals are all being held in Houston. Any chance you're going? I was bummed they didn't have any matches in DC/Baltimore. Saw the US v Peru match last Summer at RFK (can't belive that stadium is still standing). More Peruvians than US fans at that match. Saw Barca v Chelsea last Summer at FedEx Field, i go to 2-4 Redskins games a year and the stadium was just as full for Barca v Chelsea as it was for the Redskins vs Packers playoff game.

FUCK ME Yedlin just got sent off. Gota be smarter on a yellow. Young player mistake. As a premier league player he should know better.

Bloody hell, USA, talk about living dangerously.

I questioned Klinsmann starting B-rad Guzan over Timmy Howard for this tournament, looks like he's proving me wrong. Guzan has been great. Knock on wood.

Fuckin A. My heart is pounding. Right as I was typing Brooks is my choice man of the match he almost gives up a goal.

6 mins extra time.

Yeah, agreed but you know... playing with 10 men... this is better than I thought we would handle that situation against a South American team.
I agree..... And now there it is. Job done.
