You only have to look at the calibre of players in the Brazil side now compared to 10 years ago to see how the mighty have fallen.

Neymar, Thiago Silva and Dani Alves aside the rest of the team is distinctly average. Back then they had Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Cafu, Lucio, Roberto Carlos, Gilberto, Rivaldo and Dida all playing for the top European clubs.
 
Not a single team was impressive this year. Brazil was the worse. + had to watch how you poke someone in the back

Think you're right there. The media still seem to judge Brazil on their side on 1970 WC. 1982 was full of class but failed to win WC.
So they decided a different (more european) approach was required. Should of stuck to what they knew best, because the had some
fucking brilliant sides to watch. This current team, has been to worst in the Copa, IMO.
