We have had some truly bizarre threads in the Cellar over the years, but for sheer surreality, a poster enquiring about Manchester manufactured corduroy hats on behalf of Czech businessmen must be right up near the top.

I am amazed that three pages in and yet no one has enquired as to the exact nature of Mrs Deperatedon's "business"?

Nothing exciting, unless (I suspect) like De Niro you find floor coverings the cause of a tingling sensation in your loins!
