Corinthians Deny Tevez Bid.

LOL - perhaps Corinthians were never serious about this?

In which case, we could end up being stuck with an increasingly unhappy Tevez (as if he couldn't be any more miserable than he is at the moment) which isn't ideal.

Message to Bryan fucking Swanson - this is what happens when you try to trip up a guy who only speaks basic English and doesn't have the vocabulary or linguistic nous to accurately depict the present status of complex transfer negotiations.

Mancini, Tevez, Joorabchian or Andres Sanchez?

apparently its just something about how Corinthians wanted to pay the money and there's something about Tevez needs to pay money to City before he can talk to Corinthians? maybe he picked up a signing on fee which he needs to pay back having effectively handing in a transfer request during the contract he signed.

Mancini. Twice this week they have sensationalised his comments when if you actually listen to the interview he is very coy about confirming anything.

Agreed. He's still struggling with the language and there's no way he was as direct in what he said as the quotes make it out to be.

It makes me laugh cause you can watch the interviews and can predict what the media will say about how Mancini is being disrespectul by talking about buying other teams players (Nasri) whereas in fact he was talking about a player in general.

What does this say about Tevez? Newcastle and Chelsea didn't have any problems getting major bids for Carroll and Torres yet Tevez is much better than both of them and no big clubs have come calling. And now Corinthians are sounding like they have buyer's remorse before ever making the purchase?

I guess they realize that a moron who has an agent who likes to keep him unsettled and is constantly threatening to leave isn't in their best interest.

Mark Ogden of the Telegraph tweeted "Just as Man City feared, Corinthians now playing games over Tevez. Was always gonna happen. " Well let them try and play games their window shuts in a couple of days!
