Why are our corners so shit ? We have so many 6 footers but always hit the first man !

We've been crying out for a corner taker for years. 90% of our corners are wasted.
I've given up hope that it will ever happen.

We just float them to areas where we wouldn't be able to score, even if we did win the header. Utterly pointless, we might aswell just take them all short like Barca and Spain. We barely won a header all game though, so I'm more surprised that we just didn't let them score from any corners (especially after the Spurs game)

In Kolarov we have a player with a ferocious strike, yet all corners, save those that were taken short, were swung away from goal and often beyond our strikers. It happened from both sides and was painfully predictable.

True that...why do we always swing them out. Surely u need more power then to hit the target.
I've been saying this all night, how bad are we at corners. Both silva and Navas his it so the ball lands not far from the 18 yard box. Your not gonna score there. You have kolarov who can smash a ball in where all it takes is someone to get a touch weather it's a city player or there defender and it goes in.
Been saying this for ages. Can't understand why they aren't at least mixed-up every now and then with an in-swinger, they only need a touch and generally cause more panic. In addition, almost every time one was cleared by Chelsea today it set them on a bloody counter rather than falling to us.

Nasri is our best corner taker, by a country mile. We just have no quality second option when he's injured.
