Britain is a class riddled society. That starts at the top, which ensures the maintenance of the aristocracy.
The principle that society is headed by people of enormous wealth based solely on hereditary is unjustifiable. As is the concentration of land ownership amongst this class. The demise of the monarchy and the aristocracy would pave the way for a more meritorious society.
