Cheers Nicola.

Well I have thought about it, also legislating for all the pissed-up Scots that went to the Rangers get-together and then came down in their droves to Blackpool during the Glasgow holidays, I've decided it's necessary based on the below...

We are double jabbed.

We continue to stick to social distance rules and wear masks when inside shops.

We had one day out on St Anne's beach about 14 months ago.

It's fucking essential to my family to start living again!
Exactly. Have a great time blue.

Cases across the regions:

Yorkshire DOWN 54 to 937 V 553 - up week to week but not got to 1000 despite beuing close for a fw days.

AND

NORTH WEST DOWN 431 to 2107 V 2134 - A good fall on day and down week to week too. Which is promising.

Past weeks NW numbers are 2134 - 2262 - 2017 - 2157 - 2858 - 2754 - 2538 - 2107

Equivalent NW numbers a week earlier 1752 - 1605 - 1673 - 1840 - 2112 - 2317 - 2191 - 2134

GM numbers in past week 1037 - 1103 - 1014 - 925 - 1341 - 1306 - 1151- 974

First time both GM and NW seem to be falling.

So Sturgeon bans travel for Manchester people yet allows 20,000 drunk Scots travel to Wembley?
Fuck off you witch.
Wait until the UEFA ‘delegates’ are allowed over to Wembley with no quarantine conditions ....one thing this virus has proved is that hypocrisy is still alive and well....do as I say not do as I do , absolute cunts .

Fucking fuming mate
The hypocrisy of this all now.

My daughter and family are coming to Manchester next weekend from Glasgow to see us, then on to her husbands parents in Liverpool and then on to South Wales for a week, just spoke to her and she is a fully fledged Guardian reading lefty snowflake that works for one our so called National institutions, but she basically said Sturgeon can go and fuck herself :)

Full GM details:

Total cases 974 - DOWN 187 on Yesterday - from NW fall of 431. Slightly below the 50% par.

Wk to wk DOWN 63 when the NW falls by 27 - So GM fell by more than double the entire regional fall.

So GM had another good day wk to wk relative to rest of the region.

BOROUGH / CASES TODAY / V YESTERDAY / V LAST WEEK

BOLTON 76 / DOWN 18 / DOWN 24

BURY 95 / UP 16 / UP 13

MANCHESTER 261 / DOWN 58 / DOWN 23

OLDHAM 41 / DOWN 51 / DOWN 31

ROCHDALE 79 / UP 4 / UP 16

SALFORD 114 / LEVEL / UP 1

STOCKPORT 62 / DOWN 32 / DOWN 8

TAMESIDE 47 / DOWN 25 / DOWN 11

TRAFFORD 83 / UP 11 / UP 13

WIGAN 116 / DOWN 36 / DOWN 9

More than half the ten boroughs down both day to day and week to week.

Stockport lowest number in nearly 3 weeks . Oldham also lowest score in over 2 weeks in GM.

Bolton lowest number since the variant identified there.

Manchester's back in the 200s and down wk to wk too

All in all a good day.

Indeed! :)

Greater Manchester

Weekly total cases:-

Tameside 471, Oldham 497, Rochdale 523, Stockport 572, Trafford 589, Bury 639, Bolton 716, Salford 862. Wigan 983, Manchester 1972.

Manchester almost 2000 now and Salford and Wigan both well ahead of Bolton with Wigan close to four figures.

Stockport's good few days see it fall back even more and overtake Trafford.

But Oldham had a good day too and joined Tameside sub 500 now.

GM Weekly Pop Data after today:~

Borough / Pop Today / 7 days ago / up or down wk to wk/ Testing is % of local population who have tested positive for Covid over past year.

As ever with Pop going up is bad, going down good - the higher the number the better or worse depending on direction moving. The Pop is total cases in past week versus 100,000 POPulation to even out the comparison versus size and expected cases based on numbers living there.

Manchester 356 / 315 / UP 41 Testing positive 10.8%

Bury 335 / 272 / UP 63 Testing positive 10,1%

Salford 333 / 317 / UP 16 Testing positive 10.1%

Wigan 299 / 235 / UP 64 Testing positive 9.7%

Bolton 249 / 295 / DOWN 46 Testing positive 11.3%

Trafford 248 / 199 / UP 49 Testing positive 7.8%

Rochdale 235 / 215 / UP 20 Testing positive 10.4 %

Oldham 209 / 186 / UP 23 Testing positive 10.4%

Tameside 206 / 169 / UP 37 Testing positive 8.7%

Stockport 194 / 228 / DOWN 34 Testing positive 7.9%

Manchester pulling clear from Bury and Salford seems to have plareaued now and down to 3rd.

Wigan improved enough to go under 300 today

And remarkably Trafford just missed by a fraction going above Bolton today. But the way it is going Bolton will be down in the best in GM category shortly by the looks of it heauing for sub 200 hopefully.

Stockport still the only borough below 200 and fell again today but Oldham and Tameside look set to join in soon

Trafford's high numbers today that kept it a fraction from Bolton lost it another big chunk of its lead on overall Pop Score from Stockport who had a much better day today.

Stockport now on 7914 and Trafford on 7783 cutting the latter's lead by 14 in one day to 131.

Bolton is on its lowest Pop Score for nearly 6 weeks. Basically since Delta arrived.

Bolton unsurprisingly given its recent big numbers still has the highest GM Pop Score on 11, 300.

However, there are now 5 boroughs in the 10,000 club - Manchester on 10, 781. Rochdale on 10, 421 and Oldham 10, 410 - the latter's excellent day pyulling it a but ahead of it's neighbour.

Salford are on 10, 090 and Bury just behind on 10080.

So only 4 boroughs now sub 10,000 tomorrow. Trafford and Stockport months away bar a disaster. Wigan up to 9738 and if they continue at this rate are 10 days or so from the 10K club..

Hopefully the slow down will extend that until nobody cares.

Tameside possibly may get there too this side of autumn - at 8736 - but that is a good few weeks away from 10K.

Trafford next most with 0.9% increase.

Bolton had the smallest daily increase of just 0.3%

Sure they already use it mate, I have pals in the police, although it is mainly used for tracking down terrorist suspects.

NPR is on all the ring roads and in every town centre, no doubt about it.

Isn't it right the UK has the most surveillance cameras in the world, per capita?

Knowing my luck, get pulled at Gretna Green or Abington Services going for a piss (just read that back, leaves a lot to the imagination, eh!)
Read last year over 60k fines issues to people entering the Trafford centre in cars without insurance mot or tax, coz you can’t enter without using an a rd
