Get the pubs open!
Been having a look around the pubs, going out in a 6 for a few drinks on the first open Tuesday as one of the group is taking early retirement this week.

Anyway I digress, what I've noticed is most pubs have a 2 hour pre-booking system when they reopen..... don't necessarily think people will be able to just turn up.

A little planning could go a long way.

My dad was admitted to hospitsl 4 weeks ago, he’s been on a ventilator nearly 4 weeks. He made progress but has nose dived, now has pneumonia, I don’t think he’s going to make it.

Doctors attribute it to the vaccine he had 48 hours prior sending his body into overdrive

Thats awful TINY. I really hope he pulls through

Really sorry to hear that mate. You’ve had an awful time of things recently.

That sounds shit but try to stay positive if you can. He is in the best place and the medics will do everything in their power to get him better and back home. Fingers crossed he has the strength and determination to pull through.

Suspect my concerns over the NW testing numbers yesterday are a factor in the decision not to release testing.

And todays big England rise in cases when the rest of the nations fell.

North West has the biggest increase of any region. whereas London and South East fell.

NW up 181 on its oddly low number yesterday that I suggested last night was a bit out of kilter.

But at 630 that is still well down on last Monday in the NW of 886.

And is still below Yorkshire which rose by 154 today to 781. Highest in England.

North East was also quite high after those days of minus and low scores due to the data mix up on Friday. At 414 that is the most in some time here.

Do we have some sort of rationale as to why Yorkshire is so high in comparison to other areas. Still has the highest infections per 1,000 and is the only area I think now above 100 cases per 100,000. Apologies if I have missed any reasoning previously.

The amount of people working together in factories is believed to be one contributory factor.
