Therefore, your viral load will be much lower and your chances of spreading a large viral load to somebody else is greatly reduced.
A lower viral load in someone else gives them a greater chance to fight it off without getting ill. And greatly reduces their chances of becoming seriously ill or dying.
A lower viral load also reduces the risk of the virus mutating because it isn’t allowed to replicate and evolve into a new variant.
Multiply this across the population, and the risk of spread, illness, death and new variants is reduced.
