My weapon of choice. You'll struggle to find a better legal quickie.

I just grit my teeth and go for it to be honest - its not pleasant but its like half an hour with bad wind and/or constipation - hardly the end of the world - its the not going that could be the end of the world.

its drinking a vile liquid that doesn't get you pissed doesn't get you high but has the grim inevitability that you are going to shit through the eye of a needle very soon........ then there is the disappointment of opening the fridge, seeing the jug and realising you still of 3/4 of the 2nd litre to go......ugh.

Good bit of banter with Prof Rutter who was doing the deed ......a rag ... I did wonder at the wisdom about discussing the match the night before with a man who was doing what he was doing but he was magnanimous in defeat and waxed lyrical about King Colin.

You had the confidence to get off the toilet to go the fridge? The taste made me want vomit. It was like a lemon flavoured milk with a salty after taste. Feckin horrible.

I could have eaten a horse after the colonoscopy.

It was bloody brilliant when we wife had it for our 2nd child. She kept liftng it off her face and talking and giving us all a shot. They changed the mouth piece to stop that.

Tsshh and here was me waiting for your approval, will a bank transfer be ok?
Funny as last year we had four hospital doctors living next door in a house share, and they never once mentioned it being a load bollocks, guess you live and learn

Being on 70k probably clouded their perspective.

Well the 8 o clock clap went well on our street, just me and the lady across the road, last time round everyone was out with pots and pans. Bit like the lockdown I suppose, no one gives a shite anymore
Last time the weather wasn’t sub zero, and no snow flurries either. It is a weird thing to do, as with very few exceptions we all appreciate what the NHS are doing for us. I managed to get an operation done as a day patient on the 30th November and have first hand knowledge of their efforts.

Grant shapps says negative test requirements to arrive in the uk after South Africa variant may be immune to vaccines.

As this thread has been my go to source for all things Covid, I thought I'd post information that has raised a question.

My niece, a teacher, was ill in March and an antibody test proved she had had it.

In December she tested positive for coronavirus. Was way less ill second time around but passed it on to her boyfriend. A friend of hers has also tested positive twice.

This suggests that immunity is time limited. Does it also mean vaccinations will need to be done yearly?
