I got one for Christmas. They’re loud but belting!I have one of those nutri ninja blenders and have a smoothie every day with kale, spinach, banana, nuts, frozen fruit and coconut water.
Add that to the tablets and figure it’s best I can do!

Well at 52 and never having had a stay in hospital for anything I’m pretty sure my exercise and eating healthy have played a major part in it.I stand aside and clap them after all they are only running to stay healthy and protect the nhs, sniff!

Anyone can make a conspiracy out of coincidence if you know how easy it is to make statistics look meaningful when in mathematical terms they are usually meaningless.
Also when you have a flu injection (as I have had annually for over 20 years) it is perfectly normal to have mild symptoms as your immune system gets primed. If you are paranoid you will think that the vaccine has made you ill wen it is just a sign that it is working.
Not to mention all the entirely unrelated things that are certain to happen to some people when millions are being vaccinated at once.
You might as well say because it was snowing the day these people got ill when having the vaccine all injections should go on hold until it stops. Cause and effect is easy to presume when it is none existent.

Ha, yeah, I get moaned at constantly for the noise, especially as I usually do the full minute twice to ensure I get as smooth a drink as possible. Tip for top in future, when you need a new blade don’t buy the copy ones from Amazon or eBay, go on to the ninja website and get the official, only a couple of quid more and last far longer.I got one for Christmas.
