Anybody know if you can walk in for your Booster jab anywhere? I got my vaccination early and was fully jabbed by 12th May. I'm 6 months post that now but I am only 33 with no underlying issues.

That's really early for someone your age. I'm not that much younger, got mine done first thing and I was only 'fully jabbed' as it was then called on the last week of July.

AND even better England hospital patients fall by over 200 for the second day running - on 6412 - down 452 in 48 hours - again full data later on the other thread if you want to see the detail.
Awesome news, cheers. Long may that trend continue.

Aye Dad worked for the police and they got an email in March saying there was excess jabs at a site in Ashton for anybody who could get down there. Lucky really.

so this booster jab is it just the same as the other two jabs or is it a diluted version or smaller amount of the first two

It’s one dose so If it’s a 2 dose course like AZ or Pfiezer it’s one dose or half a measure of Moderna.

I assume it’s just a top up which they will keep sending us for until the virus levels in the community drop considerably.

60,753 cases in Germany today. Exponential increases at the moment.
I think the UK removing restrictions in the Summer may have been the right thing to do.

Just had an e-mail from the NHS encouraging me to book my booster jab even though I had it on Tuesday, and it is clearly shown on my records on the NHS app. Good to see the admin side of the NHS is just as rubbish as all other government departments.
