That’s a big exception though. Why? It clearly states this is ‘if all restrictions are lifted by the start of May’. That’s not the plan, and evidently that’s why it’s not the plan. By the start of May there’s relatively little change to where we are now except schools.

thats correct,im concerned they may unlock to soon here,if the 50s plus have all been vaccinated we all know a 49 year old could die and so on down the chain,i think everyone should be offerd the vaccine before lifting restrictions if possibleYou miss being in the classroom?
10k a day are still catching this virus. If we started lifting restrictions any earlier we will end up in another lockdown.
Maybe they have to hold some back ready to give the second jabs.Vaccinations in the last week ending Sunday 21st were the lowest since the first full week they started publishing the data. Every other week the numbers had increased, are the supplies not getting through?
possible, but in a few weeks were going to have to be chucking the kitchen sink at doing the vaccinations because of the amount needing their first jab and those needing the second,i do hope the supplies are lined up with no cock upsMaybe they have to hold some back ready to give the second jabs.
Should also be looking at Moderna coming on stream and not far of Johnson and Johnson one shot getting cleared.possible, but in a few weeks were going to have to be chucking the kitchen sink at doing the vaccinations because of the amount needing their first jab and those needing the second,i do hope the supplies are lined up with no cock ups
I think he said it was codeine linctusJust called round and had a chat through an open window, he's comfortable but even though he's had the virus for nearly two weeks his cough is causing a lot of discomfort, he's also quite weak after today's episode.
I've tried to link Tolmie in on this but can't do so for some reason, he mentioned a drug that helps with the coughing, if Tolmie reads this or if anyone can remember what's it's called please let me know, cheers.

Strong Pholcodeine linctus. Ask someone to get it you from the chemist. It will defo help with coughing, trust me.
Doctors put me on to it. Can take a spoonful three or four times a day.
It has a strong taste, will initially catch the back of your throat, maybe space you out.
Docs explained that after a while, the coughing also becomes programmed by the brain, irrespective of Covid, it forms learned behaviour, so the linctus helps break the cycle.
Worth a read.

I wonder whether they’re lining the J&J one-shot up for the under 30s. Would be a good way of making sure most of the population are fully vaccinated by the end of July.Should also be looking at Moderna coming on stream and not far of Johnson and Johnson one shot getting cleared.
If the timing works out to tag on at the end would knock 3 months off.I wonder whether they’re lining the J&J one-shot up for the under 30s. Would be a good way of making sure most of the population are fully vaccinated by the end of July.
Sounds like my last sentence:)If the timing works out to tag on at the end would knock 3 months off.
