They've stopped the universal trial for anyone who had the virus. They are, however, continuing for those who have strong antibody reaction.Had a NHS message to donate plasma.
I know a few on here have done so but what’s the process involve?
Does plasma still offer antibodies protection or s it still being debated?

Think those last week cases / deaths were 2 weeks ago. 1656 / 92 last wednesday.Scotland Data Update:
92 deaths - was 79 last week
1330 cases - was 1949 last week
394 Greater Glasgow, 245 Lanarkshire, 135 Lothian
At 6.2% positive - was 10.2% last week
Patients 2016 (up 6 in day) - was 2003 last week
Ventilated icu 145 (down 4) - was 156 last week.
Will change I misread my notes from last week. Thanks for spotting.Think those last week cases / deaths were 2 weeks ago. 1656 / 92 last wednesday.
The EU are asking for vaccines manufactured by AZ in Britain to be sent to the EU as a quid pro quo for the ones allegedly earmarked for the EU (manufactured in Belgium and the Netherlands I think) that were sent to the U.K. I don’t think that’s going to happen because we and AZ will presumably just say we’ve had our contracted supply quantities.Thank you that is reassuring. I guess it depends on where the ongoing EU battle goes. Though I expect most of the coming vaccinations will be the Oxford one as we seem to have the majso may not make much difference.
Great news thatMum's getting her vaccination today. Relieved that both parents have now had one dose, hopefully they won't have to wait too long for the second jab.
Thanks mate.Looks like it is still going ahead
