3.3% positivity - was 3.2% last week

461 patients - down 18 on yesterday - was 628 last week

40 ventilated - up 2 on yesterday - was 61 last week.

14 Care Home Outbreaks - same as yesterday - was 18 last week.

180 patients - same as yesterday - was 227 last week

19 Midlands, 11 South East. 10 NE & Yorkshire, 5 East, 3 London, 1 North West, ZERO South West

First zero for any region in about 5 months.

Frimley at 5 was the only trust above 3 in England

The 1 in the NW was in Morecambe Bay.

Is it still around 21 days that they expect one dose of the AZ vaccine to kick in btw in terms of protection? Or am I mixing that up with Pfizer? Has anyone read anything recently about that?

From memory, you start to see protection after 7-10 days, increasing gradually after that.
