Don't ever even click the links mate. Sometimes that's all they need from you for phishing sites. The phone number is clearly a mobile number. Spammer.

4 days into my positive test. On my arse and barely left my bed still, when does it get better!?

You asking tells you that you know it’s a scammer and please don’t ever click on a link you don’t know.

Change passwords now etc if you did click it.
