That's a different argument all together isn't it? Overeating, drinking excess alcohol or smoking are not contagious like a virus and its been proven that being vaccinated significantly reduces your chances of passing on the virus.Fair enough.....I feel similar about fatties, alcoholics and smokers.
don't think you really understand wnat the vac is actually mean't forFair enough.....I feel similar about fatties, alcoholics and smokers.
i see ikea arnt giving full sick pay to unvaccinated staff.
i agree i wonder if other firms take this stance more people will get jabbedGood. Why should they?

A lot of these staff will have antibodies having been in the high risk setting since the beginning of the pandemic and before vaccines. It's mental isn't it.
I've told this story before on here, my aunty went into hospital for heart surgery in 2020 and caught covid in there. She never came out. While covid was one of a number of contributing factors and far from the "cause" of her death, if vaccinated staff can reduce the risk to patents by even 1% has got to be a good thing.
So frankly if you're a doctor, nurse, receptionist or toilet cleaner in a clinical setting and you've not been vaccinated, you're a fucking stupid selfish **** and I'm glad you've lost your job. I hope these people get struck off for life.
Tbh it's how I feel about the general population too. I've said multiple times on here I wouldn't employ anti vaxxers, give them sick pay or NHS treatment.
Fuck the lot of them, they can drop dead I'm not arsed.
good pointWill just mean they don't get tested.
I’ve not got it yet and been in 10 days so far. From the BBC
Asked about mandatory vaccination for NHS staff, Johnson says there are 18,000 people currently in hospital with Covid, which is "massively up", with the numbers increasing.
A sizeable percentage - 30% or more - of those patients have caught Covid in hospital, he says, before calling it "not acceptable".
Unless Boris has his figures wrong, 30%+ catching it in hospital is quite shocking.
