I think it’s in our interests to postpone it rather than play in an empty stadium.
So does this mean the scrums game against LASK will be behind closed doors

We will certainly be disadvantaged if they don’t.They won’t do that.
And if RM and Uefa want it behind closed doors, then as sure as we are Carabao Cup winners three times on the trot, it will be played behind closed doors. Are those Spanish canutes reimbursing tickets? Have Uefa informed the dregs of the Iberian peninsula that they must cough up every penny so far expended on travel, hotels, and tickets? Or will it be a rehash of the fiasco in Moscow? I fancy that Uefa will make an exception for those Madrileños who have ticket and travel. Played behind closed doors with 3000 Spaniards inside the ground, not counting City managerial and backroom staff! Another Uefa pantomime in the making! Wonder if 'behind closed doors includes the entire campus. City ought to have some big fuck off screens for those who want to turn up and 'buy summat from the shop'!!
Yep, this is a golden opportunity for UEFA to screw us over yet again. Playing behind closed doors is a big disadvantage to any home team. It ticks all the boxes for them to get rid of us from this season's CL, let alone the next 2.
I'd certainly suggest Blues might not want to rush buying Newcastle tickets to soon.
