What would happen if a few key Liverpool players tested positive and the results were “misplaced” allowing these key players to play another match or two? Thereby exposing players on other teams? Who then got sick?

Just asking for a friend.
 
Anything other than a resumption under the exact same circumstances the rest of the season has been played under, undermines the legitimacy of this season and considering they claim that’s their entire reason for wanting to finish it, there’s two choices, you wait until it’s safe to resume the season as normal which is likely to be another year at the bare minimum or you scrap it completely now and then you can maybe entertain the possibility of a specially tailored season when lockdown restrictions ease.

The PL are just throwing out crazy ideas to complete the season so they can prove they did all they can to re-start , its just about the money This season isnt re-starting and it was never a possibility, and that's a real shame for us because we had more to lose than the Dippers.

Sky also need to be careful because the very cash rich Amazon are waiting in the wings.

The dippers thing is irrelevant to me. They can have the title as far as I’m concerned. Big anticlimax for them anyway. I would have been gutted if this had happened to us after 30 years of not winning it.

I’m more disappointed that we won’t see Silva again, could end up losing Sane for free and if it is a behind closed doors 2020/21 season, we might not see Pep again.

agree we must finish the season with VAR as there is talk of not using it for the remaining games !!

In earnest, they want Liverpool to win the premier league come what may, even if they have to put player’s life on the line. Premier league players should unite and preclude this mockery. It is also obvious that complicit media are trying to wear fans and clubs down and yet many people have not come to grips with it !

Makes me laugh that we can have players on the pitch but can't have 3 iffy refs connected by the interhighway as they can't all sit in the same room........its almost like their work here is finished for this season.

There are plenty of more 'manly' alternatives and perhaps the Spanish word did. But 'scared' is the word they ran with and they ran it in big black headlines.

Agreed. The players need to grasp the initiative as it's clearly not safe to even train properly, let alone play. The irony of the media's approach is that it's clearly gone the other way. We're not being worn down by hopes of a potential restart, we're worn out with the obvious lunacy of it. I know that I am.

So he as an Argentinian was being interviewed in English by the Argentinian media in Spanish speaking Argentina? It must have as good as Steve McLaren speaking in 'Dutch'.
Or the Argie media are aware that Kun's English isn't very good in shades of meaning and very kindly decided to help him with extra practice.
Or they had heard of the Blue Moon practice of bickering about the pedantic semantics of subtle shades of meaning of words, spelling and all the other rubbish that people come out with on here.
Or they thought who gives a monkey's when thousands of people of people are dying world wide.
