Mines gone up £650

That’s a big jump. This will start to have a major impact over the next 12 months on spending for all those having to renegotiate on deals.

I don’t think the full effect has been seen yet.

$16? Pah! We have subsidized petrol over here. Never paid more than 8 quid for a full tank.

Beer costs a fucking fortune though. Proper London prices.

if i had taken 2 or 5 years would of been nearly £600

We ported ours 3 years ago when we moved but couldn’t quite get both to match up. So only one part increased this time, and we have the other part due in 2 years. Dreading What it will be like in 2 years when that goes up

They don't it's all a big con. They go the supermarket and we buy them.

My sister told me that her new mortgage payment will be £2,700 pm from March. Made my eyes water!!!

She bought the house for about £430k during early COVID (to be fair it's worth about £75k more now) which seemed a good deal at the time...

I think they can manage but it seems a lot and so many people must be in the same boat where it becomes unsustainable for them.
